Destineyes values the feedback provided by its Users as it helps us improve our services. This Feedback Policy outlines the guidelines and responsibilities related to submitting feedback on our platform. By providing feedback, Users agree to adhere to this policy, which forms part of the User Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein.
Guidelines for Leaving Feedback
- Caution and Good Judgment: Users are urged to use caution and good judgment when leaving feedback. What you write can be read by other Users and usually cannot be edited after submission – it becomes a permanent part of the User’s record.
- Legal Responsibility: Users may be held legally responsible for damages to someone’s reputation if a court or other authorized authority finds the feedback defamatory. Under applicable laws, including the Communications Decency Act, Destineyes is not legally responsible for the feedback that Users post on its Site, even if that feedback is defamatory.
- Expression of Opinions: Destineyes provides a star rating system and feedback forum as a place for Users to express their opinions. We will neither censor these opinions nor investigate them for accuracy.
Removal of Feedback
Destineyes may remove feedback in the following situations:
- Comments on Destineyes: Feedback written solely to describe or comment on Destineyes itself and not the User or the User’s Services.
- Inappropriate Content: Feedback containing profane or vulgar language, or sexually-oriented content, as determined in Destineyes’s sole discretion. Inflammatory words such as “fake,” “sucks,” or “boring” will not be grounds for removal.
- Personal Information: Feedback containing personal identifying information about a User, including real name, address, phone number, or email address.
- Outside Scope of Services: Feedback containing negative comments about a User’s failure to perform actions or services outside the scope described in the listing.
- Self-Feedback: Feedback made by a User for themselves, whether directly or indirectly.
- False Registration Information: Feedback made by a User who provided false contact information during the registration process and cannot be contacted.
- Harassment: Feedback determined to be of a harassing nature, as per Destineyes’s sole discretion.
- References to Other Feedback or Users: Feedback that refers to another User’s feedback, mentions other Users, or includes links to other Websites.
- Technical Issues: Feedback describing a transaction where no services were provided due to a technical issue, may be removed if the User agrees to refund the cost of the conversation to the User.
- Mistaken Feedback: Feedback mistakenly left or intended for another User will be considered for removal when the User responsible informs Destineyes of the error.
- Mutual Agreement: Feedback will be considered for revision when Users mutually agree that the star rating is no longer an accurate reflection of a transaction. Both Users must write to Destineyes with their request.
- Irrelevant Feedback: Feedback deemed irrelevant or not reflective of User interactions may be removed at Destineyes’s sole discretion.

Users are encouraged to provide feedback via the platform. Feedback should be constructive and respectful.
Use of Feedback
By submitting feedback, you grant Destineyes permission to use your comments in marketing materials and for promotional purposes.
