Destineyes is committed to ensuring a spam-free environment. This anti-spam policy outlines our guidelines for preventing spam and ensuring the appropriate use of our services.
What is Spam?
“Spam” refers to unsolicited email messages, including commercial email, bulk email, and junk email sent to individuals who have not given their consent to receive such messages, have not requested the information contained in such messages, and have no prior professional or personal relationship with the sender. Spam also includes Usenet and message board messages that are unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular newsgroup or message board.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited messages or emails about Destineyes, your services, or any other user’s services to people you do not know.
- Using our services to distribute spam.
- Engaging in misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
To Whom Can I Send Messages Using Mail?
As a user, you can send emails to everyone on your My Customers list. You may not send unsolicited email messages of any kind to users with whom you have not had prior contact or to users who have not given you permission to send them advertising or solicitation materials. Destineyes considers this to be spam. If a user on your My Customers list requests that you do not send such messages, you agree to respect the wishes of that user and not send any messages to that user.
How to Refer People to Destineyes
The easiest way to refer people to Destineyes is through Destineyes’s “Tell a Friend” program. Simply fill out this form with your friends’ email addresses, and we’ll send them an email for you. Alternatively, you can write your own message explaining Destineyes and send it via email to your friends, family, and other people you know. You can also refer people to Destineyes using our Send Offers tool. Find out more about this in My Account. If you choose to use either the “Tell a Friend” program or the Send Offers tool, you agree that you will not use these options to send spam. You can also send messages to anyone you know who might like to sign up for Destineyes, however, you may only send messages to people with whom you have a prior professional or personal relationship, such as friends, family, online buddies, business associates, and colleagues.
Compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act
Destineyes appreciates your support, and we thank you for recommending us to your friends and family. We also strive to respect people’s privacy. Consistent with the standards set forth in the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, “Tell a Friend” messages that you request we send will include an “opt-out” link for recipients to request to not receive such messages from you in the future, Destineyes’s postal address, and a statement that the “Tell a Friend” message may contain advertising materials. “Tell a Friend” messages sent through our website will also be sent from a valid return email address. Destineyes includes these features in advertising emails we send, and we will include them in emails we send out on your behalf.
Posting Messages about Destineyes
You may post messages about Destineyes to any group that welcomes such messages, such as groups that discuss topics related to giving advice or earning money online. However, please adhere to our User Agreement and do not post unsolicited messages about Destineyes on Usenet groups, message boards, chat rooms, or other Internet sites in a manner that could be construed as spam. This anti-spam policy does not apply to the practices of any companies or individuals that Destineyes does not control, or any third-party websites that you visit as a result of using the services. You should use caution and review and comply with the terms and conditions of use related to such third-party Usenet groups, message boards, chat rooms, or websites.
Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received spam from a user, please contact us by filling out a Support Contact form. Please send the full text of the message you received and the name of the user who sent the message. We will contact the person you believe sent you spam and investigate further.
Consequences for Spamming
If notified, Destineyes will investigate the messages. Destineyes reserves the right to warn, suspend, or terminate a user account that it determines, at its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with spam.
General
As a user, you agree to only use the site and services for authorized and lawful purposes, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and the rights of others, and agree not to use the site and services to transmit or process content in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation, laws relating to unsolicited email, anti-spam laws, and export or encryption laws or regulations. This anti-spam policy forms part of the User Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the User Agreement and related policies.
