Refund Process

To initiate the refund process or resolve any discrepancies, please contact our Customer Support department via email at contact@destineyes.com. In your email, please explain your case and provide any relevant details that will help us locate and review your transaction.

Upon acknowledgment of your request, we will review the details and circumstances of your case. If approved, unused funds will be debited from your Destineyes account and credited to the originating payment method within 5 to 7 business days. If you encounter an error in receiving a refund, please contact PayPal or your credit/debit card issuer for assistance. For certain financial institutions, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to reflect on your statement.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described or was significantly delayed.
  • You contact us within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid reason for the refund request.

Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.

Additional Reasons for a Refund

Refunds may also be issued upon:

  • You requesting that your User account be closed.
  • Destineyes determining to close your User account.

Destineyes reserves the right to terminate a transaction to fulfill credit card industry regulations, payment processor, and banking procedures, or to accommodate legal requests. If a breach of our User Agreement, customer error, technical issue, or potential fraudulent transaction has been brought to our attention, Destineyes may choose to issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds for services that have been fully delivered and completed as described. Custom and personalized services are also non-refundable once work has commenced.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

International Considerations

For customers outside the United States, please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and local regulations. In the European Union, for instance, refunds may need to comply with specific consumer protection regulations.
