These Member Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to all users (“you” or “Member”) who access and/or use the Destineyes platform for online advice and services (the “Advisor Platform”).
What is Destineyes?
Destineyes provides an advisor platform that connects members with advisors for questions, advice, and services. Members can communicate and pay for services directly through the platform.

You are responsible for verifying an advisor’s identity, qualifications, and credentials. Destineyes is not responsible for any verification. Advisors are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Destineyes, and Destineyes assumes no responsibility for their actions or omissions.
ALL ADVICE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY ADVISORS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Advice from licensed professionals (e.g., doctors, attorneys) is informational and not a substitute for in-person consultations. Members should seek qualified professionals for medical or mental health issues.

Acceptable Use
By using the Advisor Platform, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
- Refrain from manipulating the feedback system.
- Not disrupt or interfere with the platform’s servers or networks.
- Not upload harmful or unlawful content.
- Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Respect the privacy and rights of other members and advisors.
Destineyes reserves the right to modify or remove content and to terminate accounts for any violations.
Modification and Termination of Services
Destineyes may modify or discontinue any part of the Advisor Platform at any time without notice or liability. Destineyes may terminate your participation for any reason at its sole discretion.
Fees and Payments
All interactions with advisors are billed through the platform. You agree to pay for services as agreed with the advisor and authorize Destineyes to charge your payment method. All amounts are in US dollars.
Destineyes may charge an administrative fee for inactive accounts. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the session.
Destineyes is not liable for payment processing errors but will address any mistakes reported through customer support.
Privacy
Log-in Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Privacy Policy: By using the Advisor Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy at www.destineyes.com/privacy-policy.
Permitted Disclosures: Destineyes may disclose your information to third parties if necessary for legal compliance, to protect rights and property, or to prevent harm.
You grant Destineyes an irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display content you post on the platform.
Third-Party Websites
The platform may be accessible via third-party websites, subject to their terms. Destineyes is not responsible for third-party terms or actions.

Destineyes does not endorse or verify any advisor’s qualifications or advice. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Destineyes is not liable for the accuracy or availability of the platform or for any damages arising from its use.
Links and Advertisements
The platform may contain third-party links and advertisements. Destineyes is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform is the property of Destineyes or its licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without permission. This agreement does not grant any rights to Destineyes’s intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Destineyes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for damages is limited to the lesser of the total amount paid by the member in the month prior to the claim or $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Destineyes against any claims or expenses arising from your use of the platform or breach of this agreement.
Copyright Policy
Destineyes respects intellectual property rights and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers. To report copyright infringement, contact:

Miscellaneous
Notices: Destineyes may send notices via email, mail, or by posting on the platform.
Assignment: You may not assign this agreement without Destineyes’s written consent.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Destineyes.
Amendments: Any amendments must be in writing.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
